I think the main problem for me in writing in this style will be having to look up all the words to check their origins! Maybe there are Anglish dictionaries and kenning dictionaries available?

The first rule of Anglish poetry is: never use a Latin-derived word. The second is: never use a Latin-derived word. The third is: spend six hours discovering that your “poem” itself is boring and take up some other Anglo-Saxon activity like oat farming or ore smelting. 🐖🐓
