Heads down, feet planted. Take it or leave it.

People don’t notice the bartenders and waitstaff. People don’t notice much of anything. Everyone has their head down, staring at the glare of a phone screen. Nothing new. Even I’m guilty of it now as I write this, but then I’m simply waiting on the check for lunch while the waitstaff stare at their phones.
