People don’t notice the bartenders and waitstaff. People don’t notice much of anything. Everyone has their head down, staring at the glare of a phone screen. Nothing new. Even I’m guilty of it now as I write this, but then I’m simply waiting on the check for lunch while the waitstaff stare at their phones.
