A verbing for Selma Martin
Each day I go springing outside
with my mulberried hair
caping for gooseberries
measurling the seed growth
as they go jacking and beanstalking up the citrus
I pond for snails
then meadow in the mellow grasses
turpentining my time
ladybugging out
petalled by leafhoppers

Your verbing poem… that’s beautifully written, C! Springing, beanstalking, and so on… I thoroughly enjoyed it! 👍☺️
