turned on my tomato-timer.
Then, each time it chirps
I press repeat. Silence it.

  1. This happened to me again recently, becoming time blind when I got engrossed in my writing. I started off to write a nonet, which is 9 lines, and then ended up writing 18 of them on the same topic…and I still had more to say. All that syllable counting was kinda hypnotic
