Weak enough you’ve grown

By first-time guest poet (and songwright) Jesternonymous

How did you find yourself
when you ended up in this SeXzhuan pepper-brained world?

I mean, surely you’re still feeling it,
in those low times.

You seem to embrace it
in the good times.

There’s only up and down,
Smile-frown, smile-frown.

Too weak to even lay down.
Weak enough sometimes,
to Lie-Down,
Lie-Down to ourselves.

With a twist
unexpected collateral damage
so massive
you can barely resist the temptation

You’ve grown.
